What does it mean to "believe in God" as a majority of people in the United States will say they do? It is generally not the God of the Bible that they are referring to. They believe in a god that is abstract, not a God that is very near. They want to believe in a god that accepts them as they are, with or without the blood of Jesus Christ covering them. If they read the Bible at all (which most do not), they approach it with their intellect, not with their heart.
David Mackereth is no stranger to persecution for the cause of Christ, having been fired from his medical practice for refusing to adhere to the UK government's trans ideology. He breaks down the problems with Jordan Peterson's newfound "spirituality," but Peterson's ideas are nothing new.
